Not many people are aware that Charles Darwin's Law of Evolution by Natural SelectThing was inspired by this stack. Although it's taken a mere 4,000,000 years to evolve to its present state, the select list has finally achieved perfection as a species. SelectThing actually makes select lists look cool.

Settings

Container Color: Choose your border color.
Top Corners: Select the radius (roundness) of the top left and right rounded corners.
Bottom Corners: Select the radius (roundness) of the bottom left and right rounded corners.
Shadow Style: Choose between none and dropshadow.
Drop Shadow Blur: Select the depth of Drop and Inset Shadow blur.
Ribbon Size: Choose the color for the back caption area background.
Gradient Left: Choose the color for the right of the ribbon gradient.
Gradient Right: Choose the color for the bottom of the ribbon gradient. Color both the same if you want a flat color and no gradient.
Ribbon Shadow: Choose between none and dropshadow.
Drop Shadow Blur: Select the depth of Drop and Inset Shadow blur.
Ribbon Text: Insert title, heading or caption text here.
Text Color: Choose your text color.
Text Shadow: Select if you want the button text to have a delicate dropshadow.
Uppercase: Select if you want the button text to be uppercase.
Bold? Check here if you want bold text.
Letter Spacing? Check here if you want a little extra letter-spacing.
Padding: Tweak the padding of the text here for finer tuning.
